You are responsible for reviewing all work product before you use it, for meeting any deadline that applies to your matter, and for obtaining licensed counsel where your matter requires it.

Fees are stated at the time of purchase or in a written scope for the engagement. Fixed price engagements are quoted after scoping and are payable as stated in that quote. Fees for digital products and sessions are payable in advance.
Digital products delivered immediately upon purchase are not refundable, because the material is received in full at the time of sale. Sessions canceled at least twenty four hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded. Fixed price engagements are refundable only for work not yet performed at the time of cancellation.
Templates, kits, frameworks, written materials, and systems provided through these services remain the intellectual property of Mathematic Management. You receive a license to use them for your own matters and your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish them.
You retain ownership of the documents you provide. Work product prepared for you is yours to use in your matter. Handling of your documents is described in our Privacy Policy.
Our messaging system is powered by third party providers, including Twilio and LeadConnector. While we follow best practices in communication, we are not responsible for third party delivery delays, outages, or errors.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
No outcome is promised or implied. Results described anywhere on this website are specific to the engagement described and are not a representation that any other matter or business will produce a similar result.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion, particularly in the event of violation of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including any message delivery failures or data issues.
